CircuitMount with an example PCB

CircuitMount is a through hole solder frame that holds components against a layer of anti-static foam so that leads can be soldered without bending them at an angle, for neater assembly.

It uses 3/8" bolts to hold the frame corners to the back plate with phenolic knobs. The frame and back plate are made of G90 Galvanized Steel.

CircuitMount comes with 2 pre-assembled rails that can hold PCBs that are 1.6mm thick. The rails are made of 5052 Aluminum, and held together with rivets.

The rails attach to the frame with 1/4" bolts secured with phenolic knobs. There is room for a third rail to sandwich 2 rows of boards, available separately.

The anti-static foam comes with adhesive backing to attach securely to the back galvanized plate. Replacement foam is available separately.
